Drybar is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our DC/VA/MD locations. This working leadership role will coach and develop stylists while stepping behind the chair to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance, drive retail sales and memberships, and cultivate a high-energy, team-oriented culture with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology License required.
• Leadership experience in a salon or service-based environment.
• Strong blowout and styling skills.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.

Drybar is looking for a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. Compensation & Perks

• We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, thoughtfully aligned with your experience and expertise, plus the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus tied to salon success and key business metrics.
