Job summary

Drybar is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. You’ll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair to support the business and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

This is a working leadership role requiring an active cosmetology license and proven leadership in a salon or service-based setting. You’ll inspire peak performance, drive guest satisfaction, and cultivate a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license required.
• Leadership experience in a salon or service-based environment.
• Proven blowout and styling skills.
• Strong coaching and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Stylists and Bartenders.
• Create an engaging, high-performing team culture.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
• Support the team behind the chair during busy periods.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance.
• Drive retail sales, memberships, and operational excellence.
