Job summary

Drybar is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role, coaching and developing your team while stepping behind the chair to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.

You’ll manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance, drive retail sales and memberships, and foster a positive, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology License.
• Leadership experience in a salon or service-based environment.
• Strong blowout and styling skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
