Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Jacksonville, IL area. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while serving customers and supporting branches.

The program provides training, mentoring, and a clear path to management with promotion from within. We offer hands-on experience across sales, customer service, and operations, with a culture of teamwork and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating; degree must be conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management, athletics, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners; support operations.
• Learn customer service, sales/marketing, finance and operations; always put customers first.
