Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in New Jersey. This MT program offers structured learning, mentoring, and a path from entry-level to branch leadership, based out of local neighborhood branches.

You will develop skills in customer service, sales, finance, and operations, with guidance to advance to branch management. A 46-hour work week is expected, and the program emphasizes promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant, or hospitality.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and support to be successful.
