Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Jacksonville, FL area. You will start learning our business on day one at a neighborhood branch, preparing to lead operations and develop customer relationships.

The program emphasizes mentoring, training and internal promotion, with a target first-year compensation of $50,000 and a 47-hour work week. Eligible for PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Must have twelve months cumulative experience or involvement in: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations as you progress.
• Aim to run your own branch and cultivate new business while leading a team.
