Enterprise Mobility in Goleta, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara areas is hiring for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

• Begin in our Management Training program at a neighborhood branch and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience.
• Develop leadership and operational skills to eventually run your own Enterprise branch.
