Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the West LA, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and Westwood area. You will start as a MT, learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will receive mentoring to master customer service, sales, finance, and operations, with the goal of running your own branch and developing a team for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• This position requires a valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
