Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Huntington Beach, CA is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll begin learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

This full-time, hourly program offers mentoring, a clear career path with internal promotion, and training across sales, customer service, and operations, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operations expert.
• Participate in a structured program to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful in the program.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business and customer base.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
