Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a self-motivated Management Trainee to join our Charleston metro program. You will learn daily operations, focus on customer service and sales, and gain exposure to finance and marketing as you progress toward leadership roles across our branch network.

The program emphasizes mentorship, practical experience, and community engagement, preparing you to eventually manage your own location. A valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• MT will start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support while out in the community building relationships.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first.
