Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Princeton, WV. You’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, and you’ll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

You will be mentored to master skills in customer service, sales and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and growing the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operations expert.
• Graduate from the program to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to succeed in sales, service and operations.
