Job summary

ProAct, Inc. is looking for a Management In Training (MIT) to oversee store operations and staff supervision. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in various tasks, including training, scheduling, and ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a minimum of a High School Diploma. Preferred candidates may have an AS Degree and 2+ years in store management or related fields. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Merchandising, Store Management or related field preferred.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of store employees in absence of Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager in training and development of staff.
• Ensure maximum return on investment of in-store technology.
• Provide input in annual store operating budget.
• Implement and execute corporate marketing and promotional programs.
