Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as a behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business within the community.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Demonstrate a customer‑first mindset in a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
