Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. This entry-level leadership path is based at Elk River, MN or Monticello, MN, and offers hands-on learning across sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

You will represent the company, build customer relationships, and learn to lead teams in a fast-paced branch environment. A Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related environments.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trained (MT) you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind the scenes operational expert. In our hands on learning environment you will be guided, mentored, and supported to succeed.

You will also get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
