Responsibilities

• You will start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• You will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• You will build community relationships essential to building your own business.
• You will learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put our customers first.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of one year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
