Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Minnesota. MTs learn the business from day one while based at a branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program develops skills across sales, customer service, finance and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch. A Bachelor's degree and leadership/sales experience are preferred; a valid US driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol convictions in past 3 years on driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
