Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Grand Forks is seeking outgoing leaders to manage daily salon operations, grow sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the brand. This full-time role offers base salary of $32,500 per year, plus a commission program up to 15% of total sales and store-performance bonuses; comprehensive benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• 2+ years of management experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals.
• Polished professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to stand and walk for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
