Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Dubuque, IA area. As a MT you’ll learn the business from day one across sales, customer service, operations and management.

This structured program includes training, mentoring, and a clear promotion path, with opportunities to eventually manage a neighborhood branch. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or near graduation), a valid driver's license with clean record, and a willingness to lead and serve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduation (degree conferred before start).
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
Receive guidance and mentoring to develop skills in customer service, sales, finance and operations to grow into leadership roles.
