Shadow sales reps, engage with clients, and observe operations across marketing, inventory, and finance while developing leadership and communication skills for a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Customer service/retail/hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
• Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
• Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activities.
