Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program located in the New Britain, CT area. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches and you will become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while handling the behind‑the‑scenes operations.

You will be guided by mentoring and a clear path to run your own branch, develop your team, and cultivate new business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
