Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, based at a West Hartford area office. You will start day one in a hands-on MT role at a neighborhood branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll receive mentoring and training across sales, customer service, finance and operations, with a clear path to running your own location and building a career with internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must relocate to Connecticut or Western Massachusetts within 30 days of application or graduation.

Responsibilities

• Begin in the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience.
• Work in a structured program to eventually run your own branch, grow new business and lead a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to develop in sales, customer service, finance and operations.
