Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the St. Augustine area. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and be prepared to run a future Enterprise location.

The program offers training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, with a 47-hour work week and a first-year target compensation of $50,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Twelve months cumulative experience in: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership roles on campus/clubs/teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at neighborhood branches.
• Learn and develop in sales, marketing, finance and operations within the Management Training program.
• Aim to run a future Enterprise branch and cultivate teams as you advance.
• Embrace a culture of promotion from within and provide exceptional customer service.
