Job summary

Mountaire Farms is excited to offer a Management Trainee Program in Delaware. This 6-month, hands-on program rotates trainees through live operations, processing, sales, HR, accounting, IT, transportation, and more.

A capstone project and presentation to senior leaders cap off the program. Post-program, trainees may be placed in roles such as Agribusiness Specialist or Assistant Grain Facility Manager, with pathways to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Agribusiness or related field.
• Willingness to travel to different facilities (DE & NC).
• Interest in management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across multiple business functions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and present a capstone project to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with employees at all levels and participate in the culture.
• Attend leadership and development workshops.
• Complete weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
