Job summary

Mountaire Farms invites graduates to join its Management Trainee Program, a 6-month rotational experience across live operations, processing, sales, HR, accounting, IT, and procurement. Trainees will develop leadership skills while working on a capstone project and presenting to senior leadership.

The program emphasizes cross-functional exposure, hands-on training, and eventual placement in a suitable role. Travel to facilities in DE and NC is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across multiple business functions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and work on strategic initiatives.
• Design and present a capstone project to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with employees at all levels and contribute to the culture.
• Attend leadership and development workshops to enhance skills.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Other duties as assigned by the leadership.
