Mountaire Farms in Candor, North Carolina, offers a Management Trainee Program to develop future leadership across our vertical integration facilities. The role provides exposure to Breeders, Hatchery, Agribusiness, Feed Mill, Grow Out, Operations and support departments, under experienced guidance and structured learning objectives.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of leadership experience).

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree required, or 4 years leadership experience in lieu of education.
• 0-2 years' experience.

• Complete assignments as defined in the Management Trainee Program, including Supervisory activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To gain experience and knowledge in all aspects of vertical integration including but not limited to Breeders, Hatchery, Agribusiness, Feed Mill, Grow Out, Operations and all support departments in preparation for management opportunities; this occurs under the direction of experienced personnel, the completion of learning objective and by performing assigned department duties.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete assignments as defined in the Management Trainee Program, including Supervisory activities, demonstrate competence gained through learning objectives and evaluations and commitment to program.
• Special Projects.
• Complete weekly summary reports and departmental reviews/projects.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelor's degree required/Internal candidates may qualify with proven 4 years' Leadership/Supervisory experience in lieu of education.
• 0 - 2 years' experience.
