Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career through hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management.

You will work with experienced managers to build leadership skills, analyze sales data and participate in projects that drive operational efficiency, with access to executive seminars and divisional summits. Relocation may be required regionally.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
