Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Baltimore, offering a clear career path through training, mentoring, and promotion-from-within.

As a Management Trainee you’ll rotate through sales, customer service, operations, and finance, learn to run a branch, build community relationships, and become the face of the company to customers and partners.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and residency in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year experience in two or more areas among sales, customer service, leadership, or athletics.
• Background check including driving; clean record in last 3 years.
• Valid US driver's license for one year.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.
• Live in or move to the Baltimore area within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program starting day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn to run a branch and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community to grow business.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations.
• Commit to putting customers first and fostering a culture of growth.
