Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Anne Arundel County, MD. You’ll begin by learning the business from day one in a neighborhood branch, covering sales, service, and operations while developing leadership skills.

As an MT, you’ll represent Enterprise to customers and partners, receive mentoring, and work toward eventually running your own branch, building a network and a strong team. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years: sales, customer service, leadership, athletics.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the structured program, work toward running your own branch, cultivating new business and developing your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships to help grow your own business and customer base.
