Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Gaithersburg or Germantown, Maryland. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one while rotating through sales, customer service, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path for advancement.

You will gain hands-on experience as you train to run a future Enterprise branch, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while supporting operations.
• Develop knowledge in sales, marketing, finance and operations to eventually run a branch.
