Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program position in Lexington Park, MD. Trainees will begin learning from day one, based in a neighborhood branch, and work to become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and a clear path to running a branch, with opportunities in sales, customer service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop and mentor a team to run a future Enterprise branch.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
