Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program based in Columbia, MD. You will start at a neighborhood branch, learning the business from day one and serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will receive mentoring, training, and the chance to develop into a branch manager, leading teams and growing the business with a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, leadership, or athletics.
• Background check including driving; no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.
• Valid US driver's license for one year.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live in or move to Columbia, MD within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Learn business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Exhibit strong customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations knowledge.
