Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Frederick or Hagerstown, Maryland. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, developing skills in sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Commute within 25 minutes preferred from location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check including driving record must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities
