Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Sioux Falls and surrounding markets. You will begin learning the business from day one, while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling daily operations.

The program trains you to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team with hands-on guidance and mentoring in a culture that rewards growth and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, athletics, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Join Management Training program and learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations.
• Learn to run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring, guidance, and community engagement opportunities.
