Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Management Training program in Minot, ND. The role is designed to grow internal talent through hands-on learning, mentoring, and community engagement, with the aim of grooming future leaders across sales, service and operations.

You’ll start in a neighborhood branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining expertise to manage a branch, drive new business and mentor a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. You’ll learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the program you’ll learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You’ll receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful.
• You will engage with the community and build relationships essential to your future business.
• We teach customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to prepare you for leadership.
