Enterprise Mobility in Rapid City is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning the business from day one at a local branch, serving customers and partners while developing core skills in sales, operations, and customer service.

You’ll receive mentoring and a clear path toward managing your own branch, with exposure to growth opportunities across Rapid City and surrounding markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with up to 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Management Training Program from day one at a local branch.
• Learn business operations, customer service, sales and marketing.
• Develop leadership skills to potentially run your own branch.
• Represent Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners.
