Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Fargo, ND area. You’ll begin learning the business from day one at a local branch, serving as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, operations, and leadership.

The program provides mentoring, a clear advancement path, and a culture of internal promotion. Eligible applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license, and work

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Start in our Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a local branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through mentoring and structured training programs.
• Receive guidance and support and engage with the community to build relationships essential to business growth.
