Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings.
• Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
• Coachable and eager to learn new systems.
• Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License (training provided).
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in person to discuss insurance and benefit options.
• Assess client needs and recommend life and supplemental health coverage.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Manage client information and follow‑up using company CRM systems.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
• Grow a personal book of business through referrals and networking.
