Enterprise Mobility in Flagstaff is hiring immediately for its Management Training program. As an MT, you'll learn the business from day one, based in a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting partners while developing leadership skills.

The program emphasizes sales, customer service, and operations, with mentoring and community engagement to prepare you to eventually run your own Enterprise branch and lead a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of cumulated experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership roles in last 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulate experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
