Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Sierra Vista, AZ. You will begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with mentoring to prepare you to manage your own location.

The program covers customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, emphasizing career progression within Enterprise Mobility. Compensation targets $53,000–$55,000 for the first year, with a 45-hour week and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulate experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
