Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the southwest Valley market, including Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, West Phoenix, Laveen and surrounding communities. MTs learn from day one at a neighborhood branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

Youll receive mentorship while developing in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to run your own branch and grow with internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales, hospitality, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee, learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentorship, while gaining hands-on experience and community engagement.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $53,000-$55,000 with an average 45 hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.


• Must have 1 year of cumulate experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations


• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).


• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.


• Must be at least 18 years old.


• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
