Enterprise Mobility in the United States is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with a clear path toward leadership and growth within the Enterprise Mobility family.

This program emphasizes hands-on training in customer service, sales, and operations, with mentoring and opportunities to advance in our local market.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year cumulated experience in last 5 years in sales/retail/serving in hospitality or leadership in military/athletics/academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications
