Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Yuma area. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing the skills to ultimately run a branch and build a team.

You will receive mentorship and hands-on learning in sales, customer service, finance, and operations, with opportunities across the Yuma market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales/retail/serving or leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for this position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind‑the‑scenes operations.
• In a structured program, develop the knowledge to run a branch and grow the team.
• Receive mentoring and build community relationships to grow the business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulate experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
