The program offers a clear career path with promotion from within and a first-year target compensation of $53,000 to $55,000 with an average 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality, or leadership within military, athletics, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Through our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support and engage with the community to build relationships.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Must have 1 year of cumulate experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
