Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals; Deliver excellent customer experience; Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion; Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management in daily operations; Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching; Prepare for future leadership roles; Learn impact on financial wellbeing.
