Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program based in Lima, Ohio. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations while learning our business from day one.

You'll receive hands-on mentoring, structured training, and a clear path to future leadership as you help grow our branches and serve customers. Targeted first-year pay is $50,000–$54,277 with a typical 45-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer service, or Leadership.
