Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the Fort Smith area, serving Fort Smith, Van Buren, Alma, Greenwood, Sallisaw and nearby communities. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one, with the goal of eventually running your own Enterprise branch.

You’ll receive mentoring, structured training, and exposure to sales, customer service, operations, and finance while developing leadership skills for a fast-paced, promotion-ready career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or close to graduation.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations.
• Learn sales, marketing, finance and operations to prepare for branch management.
• Develop leadership skills to potentially run your own Enterprise branch.
