Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Little Rock, AR. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches and you’ll be prepared to run your own location in the future.

You’ll develop in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and a culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation.
• Valid driver's license with few violations in past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or drug/alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one as a Management Training (MT) participant.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support while building community relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
