Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations, supported by mentoring and a strong promotion path from within, with a culture that emphasizes customer focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 18+ years old.
• 1 year experience in sales or customer service, leadership activities, or hospitality.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to commute within 1 hour to the location within 30 days of start date.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch as a Management Training (MT).
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing back-end operations expertise.
• Learn to run a future branch, cultivate new business and lead teams through mentoring and guidance.
• Develop skills across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while upholding a customer-first culture.
