Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Jonesboro, Arkansas. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and will be groomed to run your own location in the future.

You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support to excel in customer service, sales, and operations while developing leadership, finance, and marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with one semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership-related activities.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on learning to succeed in customer service, sales, and operations.
