Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for our Management Training Program in New Jersey, including Edison, Cranbury, Freehold, Howell, East Brunswick, Metuchen and Dayton. As an MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will receive guided mentoring and training, with a clear path toward running your own branch, developing a team, and growing the business while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service, leadership, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT) you will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support store operations.
• In the program you will gain exposure to sales, marketing, finance, and operations to prepare you to run your own location.
